检测原理	本试剂盒采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附检测技术。特异性抗人AFP抗体预包被在高亲和力的酶标板上。酶标板孔中加入标准品、检测样本和辣根过氧化物酶标记的检测抗体，经过孵育，样本中存在的AFP与固相抗体和检测抗体结合。洗涤后，加入显色底物TMB，避光显色。颜色反应的深浅与样本中AFP的浓度成正比。加入终止液终止反应，在450nm波长(参考波长570 - 630nm)测定吸光度值。

甲胎蛋白(AFP)是胚胎发育中由卵黄囊和肝脏产生的最主要的血浆蛋白。出生后其在血浆中的含量迅速下降，但在产前3个月已开始下降。通常在8-12个月后达到正常成人水平。通过母血或羊水测定孕妇的AFP含量，用于排查筛选异常发育。AFP在一些疾病中表达升高，包括脐疝、原发性肝细胞肝癌、神经管畸形、非精原细胞瘤、卵黄囊瘤和共济失调毛细血管扩张症等。
