检测原理	本试剂盒采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附检测技术。特异性抗人CX3CL1抗体预包被在高亲和力的酶标板上。酶标板孔中加入标准品、待测样本和生物素化的检测抗体，经过孵育，样本中存在的CX3CL1与固相抗体和检测抗体结合。洗涤去除未结合的物质后，加入辣根过氧化物酶标记的链霉亲和素(Streptavidin-HRP)。洗涤后，加入显色底物TMB，避光显色。颜色反应的深浅与样本中CX3CL1的浓度成正比。加入终止液终止反应，在450nm波长(参考波长570 - 630nm)测定吸光度值。

CX3CL1 分子靶点综述

趋化因子(C-X3-C基序)配体1(CX3CL1)，又名fractalkine，是一个由373个氨基酸组成的大分子细胞因子蛋白，也是CX3C趋化因子家族中唯一一个已知成员。可溶性CX3CL1存在于血清、尿液、脑脊液、羊水和滑液中，主要由血管内皮、平滑肌、神经元和树突状细胞表达。炎性细胞因子如TNF-α和IFN-γ可诱导大多数CX3CL1的表达。CX3CL1是通过与趋化因子受体CX3CR1的相互作用来发挥其粘附和迁移功能。可溶性CX3XL1可强烈趋化T细胞和单核细胞，而细胞结合的趋化因子促进白细胞强有力粘附到活化的内皮细胞上。CX3CL1可能与抗肿瘤活性有关，在消退正常炎症过程如伤口愈合中有重要作用。CX3CL1对某些条件的发病具有促进作用。
