检测原理	本试剂盒采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附检测技术。特异性捕获抗体预包被在高亲和力的酶标板上，酶标板孔中预先加入辣根过氧化物酶标记的检测抗体微球。酶标板孔中加入标准品和待测样本，经过孵育，样本中存在的待测物质与捕获抗体和检测抗体结合。洗涤去除未结合的物质后，加入显色底物（TMB），避光显色。颜色反应的深浅与样本中待测物质的浓度成正比。加入终止液终止反应，在450nm波长 (参考波长570 - 630nm) 测定吸光度值。

IL1R1 分子靶点综述

白细胞介素1受体I型（IL-1R1），又称分化簇121a（CD121a），是一种白细胞介素受体。该蛋白属于白细胞介素1受体家族，能够与白细胞介素α（IL-1α）、白细胞介素β（IL-1β）以及白细胞介素1受体拮抗剂（IL-1RA）结合。作为细胞因子受体的重要成员，IL-1R1/CD121a在多种细胞因子介导的免疫和炎症反应中发挥关键作用。
通过药理学和分子生物学技术研究发现，小鼠脑组织中存在该受体的表达。当神经组织受损时，梭形星形胶质细胞会包裹伤口区，将健康组织与受损区域分隔。这一形态改变及后续修复过程依赖于IL-1β通过IL-1R1受体介导的信号传导——联合应用IL-1受体拮抗蛋白（IL-1ra）可完全阻断IL-1β的效应。
