检测原理	本试剂盒采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附检测技术。特异性捕获抗体预包被在高亲和力的酶标板上，酶标板孔中预先加入辣根过氧化物酶标记的检测抗体微球。酶标板孔中加入标准品和待测样本，经过孵育，样本中存在的待测物质与捕获抗体和检测抗体结合。洗涤去除未结合的物质后，加入显色底物（TMB），避光显色。颜色反应的深浅与样本中待测物质的浓度成正比。加入终止液终止反应，在450nm波长 (参考波长570 - 630nm) 测定吸光度值。

ACE2 分子靶点综述

血管紧张素转换酶2（ACE-2），也称为ACEH（ACE同源物），是ACE家族不可或缺的膜蛋白和锌金属蛋白酶。ACE2是肾素-血管紧张素系统中调节血压的关键酶。ACE-2裂解血管紧张素I和II作为羧肽酶。具体而言，ACE2分别从血管紧张素I切割末端九肽或从血管紧张素II切割末端七肽以产生血管紧张素。产生的肽可抵抗血管紧张素II的作用，并起血管扩张剂的作用。ACE-2已被证明是人类冠状病毒SARS-CoV和SARS-CoV-2的功能性受体。
