检测原理	本试剂盒采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附检测技术。特异性抗人CEACAM1抗体预包被在高亲和力的酶标板上。酶标板孔中加入标准品、待测样本和辣根过氧化物酶标记的检测抗体，经过孵育，样本中存在的CEACAM1与固相抗体和检测抗体结合。洗涤后，加入显色底物TMB，避光显色。颜色反应的深浅与样本中CEACAM1的浓度成正比。加入终止液终止反应，在450nm波长(参考波长570 - 630nm)测定吸光度值。

癌胚抗原相关细胞粘附分子1 (CEACAM1)，又名CD66a，是免疫球蛋白超家族中的癌胚抗原(CEA)基因家族中的成员。高度糖基化的CEACAM1包含一个N端V型Ig样结构域、三个C2型Ig样结构域、一个ITIM基序和一个胞质区钙调素结合位点。CEACAM1是一个在多种血细胞、上皮细胞和血管细胞中表达的表面糖蛋白。它是存在于粒细胞、上皮细胞和内皮细胞中的一个粘附分子，可通过嗜同种和异嗜性的方式来介导细胞粘附。研究显示，CEACAM1在多种细胞过程包括组织分化、血管生成、凋亡、转移、固有免疫和适应性免疫应答调控中起作用。
