检测原理本试剂盒采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附检测技术。特异性捕获抗体预包被在高亲和力的酶标板上,酶标板孔中预先加入辣根过氧化物酶标记的检测抗体微球。酶标板孔中加入标准品和待测样本,经过孵育,样本中存在的待测物质与捕获抗体和检测抗体结合。洗涤去除未结合的物质后,加入显色底物(TMB),避光显色。颜色反应的深浅与样本中待测物质的浓度成正比。加入终止液终止反应,在450nm波长 (参考波长570 - 630nm) 测定吸光度值。

SEMA4D 分子靶点综述

信号素4D(SEMA4D亦称CD100)是信号素蛋白家族成员,在免疫系统、血管系统及神经系统等多类细胞的运动与分化过程中起重要调控作用。VEGF与SEMA4D的表达水平与卵巢癌恶性程度呈正相关,且SEMA4D可作为独立预后判断指标。该蛋白是首个被发现具有免疫调节功能的信号素,在T细胞活化、抗体生成及细胞间黏附中发挥重要作用。SEMA4D通过蛋白水解作用从细胞表面裂解形成的可溶性片段(sSEMA4D),被认为与跨膜形式相似且具备免疫调节特性。

Enables receptor ligand activity and semaphorin receptor binding activity. Involved in several processes, including negative regulation of osteoblast differentiation; positive regulation of Rho protein signal transduction; and positive regulation of inhibitory synapse assembly. Acts upstream of or within positive regulation of axonogenesis. Located in extracellular space. Part of semaphorin receptor complex. Is active in GABA-ergic synapse. Is expressed in several structures, including alimentary system; central nervous system; genitourinary system; hemolymphoid system; and sensory organ. Orthologous to human SEMA4D (semaphorin 4D).
